The space
The house has luxurious finishes and a huge outdoor area that invites new memories to be created.
With a distribution that allows a bit of privacy, it's suited for all types of adventurous families. Two of the three rooms are located on the first floor, right in front of the pool area where you can swim or simply watch the stars at night. The third room has a special access from the outside, giving whoever takes that room the privacy and relaxation they longed for. This main bedroom also has a shower and jacuzzi with a jungle view.
This is the perfect house to rediscover your bond with nature, relaxation, and family. Plus, with the outdoor bar, bbq, and huge pool we can ensure you'll have a really fun time!

When the soil tests tell their are clays or rocks present, the cost per m² will be higher.
Important disclaimer's
In Costa Rica the building blue-prints are not the same of the construction permits given by the government and the local government. The cost of this permits is between the 3% up to 8% of all the cost of the project.
The delivery location for any of our products may vary the cost per m².
